Miriam Arond is president of Miriam Arond Consulting, LLC, a New York-based consulting agency that specializes in business and personal branding, business strategy, cross-channel content development, and career and management coaching. She is also Director of Communications at a major non-profit in the New York metropolitan area. As a brand specialist, content development expert, and management and career coach, Miriam draws on a wealth of experience. Most of her career was devoted to magazine publishing. She was Director of the legendary Good Housekeeping Institute and Editor of Chief of two award-winning magazines and American Health magazine. During her 20 years as a media executive at some of the biggest organizations in America, including Hearst and Reader’s Digest, she spearheaded launches of websites, relaunches of magazines, social media campaigns, and partnerships with numerous organizations, including the James Beard Foundation, the March of Dimes, and Partnership for a Healthier America. Miriam is the author of a book and numerous articles in magazines and newspapers, including a recent one about The 5-Step Pivot.
