If you are in a position to influence the lives of others at work, then this blog post is for you.  Since we spend almost as much or more time at work than at home, it is important to create a place where people want to work.  Recently I had an article published based on a local case study.  Read how China Wong, founder and CEO of Salon W creates this kind of environment where people are thriving.  China was recently awarded the 2017 Woman Business Owner of the Year.  She is impressive and people are benefitting from her positive leadership.
